Nirmalya Ghosh has a strong background in the VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration) industry, with experience in various roles at different companies. Nirmalya started their career as a VLSI Design Engineer at Design Centre for Semicustom ICs (DoE) in 1990 and worked there until 1994. Nirmalya then joined Inter Software and Technology as a Senior Design Engineer from 1994 to 1996. From 1996 to 1999, they worked at Duet Technologies, first as a Technical Lead and then as a Project Manager. In 1999, they moved to Artisan Components Inc. and held various roles including Technical Lead, Manager Engineering, Sr. Manager, and ultimately Director of the Memory Product Group. In 2005, they joined ARM as Director of Memory Products and stayed there until 2008. Nirmalya then worked at Magma Design Automation as AE Lead for the Titan Mixed Signal Platform from 2008 to 2009. Finally, in 2010, they became the CEO of DXCorr Design Inc., a company specializing in developing cutting-edge physical IP solutions for a wide range of SoC designs.
Nirmalya Ghosh pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 1984 to 1988, they attended the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. Following this, from 1988 to 1990, they enrolled at Jadavpur University and completed a Master of Engineering (ME) degree in Computer Engineering.
