Rohit Shenoy

Rohit Shenoy has extensive experience in learning and development, having served as the Director HR - Global Head of Learning and Development at DXC Technology from December 2020 to October 2022, and prior roles including Head of Learning and Development and Associate Director - Global Learning and Leadership Development. Before DXC Technology, Rohit held the position of AVP HR (Organization and Talent Development) at Sterlite Power from March 2017 to December 2020. Additional relevant experience includes working as a Strategic Account Manager at Development Dimensions International and as a Principal Consultant at People Business Consulting. Rohit began career at Siemens as Manager Global Resource Management (OD) Application Management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Symbiosis International University and a B.E. in Mechanical from the University of Mysore.
