Santosh Karagada is a seasoned Human Resources executive with extensive leadership experience in talent solutions and workforce management across global organizations. Currently serving as Vice President at DXC Technology since May 2019, Santosh leads HR centers of excellence focusing on recruitment, talent analytics, total rewards, and learning & development. Prior to this role, Santosh held various senior positions in Wipro from 2000 to 2019, overseeing strategic hiring and global HR functions across multiple regions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Chartered FCIPD designation.
