Prior experience includes a role as a Packaging Technician at Johnson & Johnson, where Het operated production equipment and performed troubleshooting, as well as experience as a Concierge at Pennine Security Solutions, providing excellent customer service. Het also worked as a Customer Service Representative at IKEA, maintaining positive relationships with customers across various store departments.
