Kristopher Estep

Kristopher Estep currently serves as the Flight Operations Manager at Dynamic Aviation, overseeing aircraft and personnel in the airborne data acquisition segment, while also developing customer relationships. Prior to this role, Kristopher held the position of Operations Supervisor for NEXTGEN Aviators, managing logistical operations and workforce tasks. With extensive experience at Dynamic Aviation as a Lead Integration Technician and A&P Mechanic, Kristopher's career also includes military service in the United States Marine Corps, where leadership skills were honed as a Team Lead and Combat Engineer. Kristopher's educational background includes two Associate of Science degrees in Aviation Maintenance Technology and Aeronautics from Blue Ridge Community College.
