Gustavo Pinto has a diverse work experience. Gustavo began their career as an Inventory Manager at West Marine, where they oversaw the inventory management process and implemented store planograms. Gustavo then worked as a Graphic Design Intern at EJE Sociedad Publicitaria, contributing to market analysis and supporting the production of television ads. After that, Gustavo served as an Operations Manager at La Regata, where they managed a nautical magazine, expanded its readership, and executed a successful brand management strategy. Gustavo also worked as a US Sailing Instructor at Club Nautico de San Juan, teaching sailing theories and monitoring student progress. Gustavo later joined Best Buy as a Geek Squad Operations Agent, where they increased sales and trained employees on new systems. At CatamaranRacing.net, they served as a Website Content Manager, gathering and managing website content, and managing social media platforms to increase brand awareness. Gustavo then worked at Computer Pundits Corporation, serving as an Account Manager and Lead Project Manager, managing accounts, leading project implementations, and supervising team members. Currently, Gustavo is employed at Dynamic Quest - Managed IT Services as a Customer Service Director, leading a global team and negotiating company-wide rate price increases to increase revenue. Gustavo previously held the role of Customer Service Manager at the same company, creating client relief programs during the Covid-19 pandemic and implementing remote services requests. Before that, they worked as an Account Manager at Dynamic Quest, managing top accounts, developing department standard operating procedures, and improving the delivery time for new workstation set up.
Gustavo Pinto completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communications & Graphic Design from Universidad del Turabo between 2005 and 2009. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in Small Boat Instructor Level 1 from US Sailing in March 2006, and completed the US Power Squadrons Boating Course from United States Power Squadrons in September 2002.
