Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at MullinTBG from 2001 to 2008 and at TBG Financial from 2001 to 2006.
Dean Dierks obtained a B.A. in Business Administration from Pepperdine University between 1987 and 1991. In 2000, they completed an Executive MBA at Loyola Marymount University's College of Business Administration.
