Michael Harmon

Michael "Harm" Harmon, MPM, PMP, is a seasoned program and project manager with extensive experience in the United States Air Force and Dynamic Systems Inc. Since October 2015, Michael has served as a Program Manager and Senior Project Manager at Dynamic Systems Inc, managing significant USAF network communication upgrade efforts worth $687.5 million. During a 21-year tenure with the Air Force, Michael held various leadership roles, overseeing teams responsible for maintaining secure networks, tactical communication planning, and quality assurance evaluations across multiple sites. Michael holds a Master of Project Management from Penn State World Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Troy University, supplemented by an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
