Todor Ivanov has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Todor began their career in 2006 as a Customer Service Representative at Skrill and gradually progressed to the role of Team Leader, Associate Manager, and finally Customer Service Manager. In 2014, Todor joined Taulia Inc. as a Technical Support Team Lead and later became a Customer Success Operations Manager. Following this, they worked as a Freelance Consultant from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Todor is employed at Dynamo Software as the Regional Head of Client Services, a position they have held since September 2022. Throughout their career, Todor has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on ensuring high-quality service for clients.
Todor Ivanov completed their high school education from First English Language School between 1995 and 2000. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from St. Kliment Ohridski University in Sofia, Bulgaria, from 2000 to 2006.
