Veronika Leibetseder is the Vice President of Workplace Experience & Culture at Dynatrace, a role held since October 2010, where Veronika has built a global Workplace Experience team of 30 across 7 countries and has led the development of innovative workplace strategies aimed at enhancing employee experiences both physically and virtually. Prior to this, Veronika served as Director of Human Resources, successfully scaling the R&D organization from 100 to over 1,000 employees and driving strategic growth initiatives. Earlier career experiences include serving as Assistant to the CTO at Dynatrace, and various roles in hospitality, including Sales Manager at ARCOTEL Hotels and Front Desk Supervisor at The Fairmont San Jose. Veronika is also a member of the Dynatrace ERG steering committee and DEIB board.
