Rory Williams is a Structural/Stress Analysis Engineer at Dynisma Ltd. since February 2022, specializing in structural Finite Element Analysis (FEA), multibody and inertia relief modeling, and composites vibrational and structural modeling. Previously, Rory worked as a Stress Engineer for Rolls-Royce Defence from September 2018 to February 2022, focusing on the strength and life of rotating components and contributing to the design of a next-generation LP compressor. Rory’s earlier roles at Rolls-Royce included Graduate Engineer, where experiences ranged from compressor design to systems integration and testing of novel technologies, and internships in systems engineering and installations. Rory holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol, obtained in 2018.
