Sam Wolock

Principal Scientist, Computational Science at Dyno Therapeutics

Sam is a computational biologist with experience in experimental design and data analysis for high-throughput experiments. During his PhD in Systems Biology in Allon Klein's lab at Harvard, Sam developed tools for analyzing single-cell RNA-sequencing data, focusing on artifact detection and data exploration. He was also deeply involved in work using single-cell methods to study blood cell differentiation, leading to the definition and characterization of early erythroid progenitors in the bone marrow. In his free time, Sam can be found running along the Charles River or hiking in New Hampshire.
