We are currently hiring an onsite entry-level Production Coordinator in East Peoria, IL!!

The Production Coordinator I is an entry-level position responsible for assisting or organizing new and ongoing client projects. This can include and not limited to coordinating tasks, resources, assets, data analysis and participants to achieve the project's goals on time.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

The following duties are primarily performed and are essential for this position. Employees are expected to be able to perform each of these job duties satisfactorily and successfully to be qualified for the position. Other duties may be required and assigned.

• Coordinate project tasks, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Assign tasks to client teams
• Make sure that client's needs are met as projects evolve.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, procedures, and reports.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met.
• Work with client information and data to complete tasks and process documentation.

Qualifications

• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (EXCEL)
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skill
• Ability to work with a diverse team and build effective working relationships
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
