Dipti Shah

Dipti Shah is an experienced HR professional currently serving on the Board of Trustees for Dyslexia Sparks and as a member of the Board of Trustees & HR Committee for Mind, where responsibilities include setting strategic directions and ensuring governance compliance. Previously, Dipti held the position of Global Chief People Officer at TLC Worldwide, leading global initiatives in marketing technology and overseeing the development of a women's empowerment program called TLC Rise. Additional roles include Global People Director and Senior People Business Leader in various sectors such as healthcare, utilities, and the third sector. Dipti holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Hull, is pursuing an Executive MBA Essentials at The London School of Economics, and has attained CIPD qualifications.
