David Ahn

David Ahn is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and legal counsel. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Dyson since April 2024, David specializes in drafting and reviewing various agreements and providing legal advice on regulatory matters. Previously, David held the position of Legal Manager for Japan at Schneider Electric from September 2022 to March 2024, and earlier from April 2020 to August 2022, focusing on agreements related to distributorship, rebates, licensing, and service contracts. Prior to Schneider Electric, David worked as a Legal Counsel at Chiyoda Corporation, where responsibilities included drafting key agreements for M&A projects and providing legal guidance in negotiations. Additionally, David began a career as a Law Clerk at Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP. David holds a Doctor of Law from Emory University School of Law and a Master of Laws from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law.
