Norman Hamzah

Norman Hamzah is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Global Head of IT Executive Support at Dyson since April 2024. Prior to this role, Norman worked at ServiceNow as a Senior Manager for DT Support Services in both the APJ region and globally for AV from July 2022 to March 2024. Norman's career includes significant positions at Netflix, first as N-Tech Manager for APAC from November 2018 to July 2022 and earlier as a Tech Ops Specialist for APAC. Norman also held the role of IT Service Manager for Asia at NBCUniversal Media, LLC from July 2015 to November 2018 and worked as a Regional Project Manager for APAC at Carlson Wagonlit Travel between November 2013 and July 2015. Norman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Computing from RMIT University, earned from January 2007 to January 2009.
