Christine George, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Christine most recently served as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at DYWIDAG since 2020. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Johnson Controls from 2004 to 2020, including Human Resources Business Partner and Director of Human Resources. In these roles, they were responsible for workforce planning, strategic initiatives, and large-scale reorganization projects. Christine also developed a management training program and was a certified trainer for the behavioral interviewing system. Christine managed benefit plans and led hiring activities for the company. Additionally, they have previous experience as a Program Manager at L.E.A.D. Institute, a Benefits Training Specialist at Missouri Patient Care Review Foundation, and a Human Resources Generalist at Watlow.

Christine George holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Sciences with a focus on Personal Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia, which they completed between 1991 and 1995. In 2002, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from William Woods University. In addition to their degrees, Christine has earned several certifications, including the PHR - Certified Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute in 2003, and the SHRM-CP (Society of Human Resources Management - Certified Professional) from the Society of Human Resources Management in 2015. Christine has also completed training in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain (year unspecified).
