Sofía Calderón is a seasoned professional with significant experience in business operations, innovation, and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Country Lead at ethree solutions, Sofía focuses on optimizing operations and enhancing efficiency for companies in Central America through system maximization and RPA. As an Executive Board Member and Head of Business Operations & Innovation at Viatris, responsibilities include developing strategic business plans and ensuring financial growth and sustainability. Previous roles include Operations Lead for Mexico & CCS and HCM Apps Regional Director at Oracle, where successful multicultural team leadership led to exceeding growth targets. Additionally, Sofía has served as Chairwoman for Diversity and Inclusion at AmCham Costa Rica.
