Jemma Naish-Williams

Jemma Naish-Williams is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Assistant Headteacher at E-ACT since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jemma was Development Lead at Teach First, where support was provided to trainee and novice teachers, ensuring successful completion of their training programs. At Paddington Academy, Jemma held multiple leadership positions from 2013 to 2019, including Subject Leader of Girls PE and Dance, where Jemma elevated the profile of the departments and redesigned the curriculum based on current educational research. Jemma’s earlier experience includes roles as Head of Dance at Dorothy Stringer School and Performing Arts Teacher at Bexhill Academy, complemented by a strong educational background with a PGCE and Master's credits from the University of Brighton and a BA in Dance Theatre from Trinity Laban.
