Anthony Cecil, PMP, serves as a Human Intelligence Training Subject Matter Expert at E&M Technologies, Inc. since February 2017. With a career spanning over two decades, Anthony retired from the US Army in July 2020 after serving as a Human Intelligence Technician. Prior experience includes roles at Lockheed Martin and Raytheon, focusing on training and development, as well as a position as a Senior HUMINT Analyst at Six3 Systems. Anthony holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Affairs from Troy University, and an Associate of Science in Military Intelligence from Cochise College.
