DJavon Alston is an accomplished Engineering Manager at E&M Technologies, Inc. since July 2017, leading the Systems Engineering, Requirements, & Analysis (SERA) Team and managing innovative applications within a US Air Force Weapons System Program. Prior roles include Lead Systems Engineer, where DJavon facilitated the development of a comprehensive enterprise data suite and provided support as Deputy Engineering Manager, and Senior Systems Engineer, focusing on product lifecycle management tools for the AOC WS community. Additionally, DJavon serves as President & CEO of The Phoenix Professional Network LLC, promoting professional networking and career advancement. Previous experience includes a Systems Engineer role at Jacobs Technology, responsible for developing essential software tracking tools, and a Risk & Opportunity Manager position at Newport News Shipbuilding. DJavon holds a Master's of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
