Matthew Blackburn possesses extensive experience in information technology and support roles, currently serving as a Tier 2 technician at Apex since February 2016 and as a Senior Helpdesk Technician at E&M Technologies, Inc. since October 2015. Prior roles include an Entry Associate at Abacus Technology Corporation and IT Administrator for the 10th Combat Support Hospital, where Matthew led a team to achieve a 100% success rate in training medical users and managing a server stack. Earlier in the career, Matthew was an IT Network Administrator for the 396th Signal Company, where responsibilities included maintaining networks for over 5,000 users and building a network from scratch during a military exercise. Matthew holds a degree from National American University-Colorado Springs, completed in 2017.
