Sarah Moran is an accomplished Senior Test Engineer at E&M Technologies, Inc., specializing in NISSC II since November 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a System Engineer and Test Engineer at Infinity Systems Engineering, where contributions involved technical writing for the GPS OCX and developing testing procedures for the GPS System Simulator. Previous positions further include Senior System Analyst at Delta Solutions and Strategies, where responsibilities encompassed providing Air Warfare Simulation support and developing training materials. Sarah Moran's expertise in scenario development and system testing is further underscored by significant contributions to USSTRATCOM from positions at ISYS Technologies, Northrop Grumman Corporation, and AT&T Government Solutions, along with early experience at ITT Systems. Education includes studies at Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Regis University.
