Mike Ashe is an accomplished technology and project management leader with extensive experience in health care, technology, and financial services. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Strategy & Planning at E-Comm 9-1-1 since February 2025, Mike has previously held significant roles at the Provincial Health Services Authority, where responsibilities included leading modernization strategies for health networks and overseeing complex technology projects. Prior experience also includes leadership positions at Another Bright Idea Inc., HSBC, Backbone Technology, CIBC, and Marlborough Stirling Canada, demonstrating a diverse background in governance, operational efficiency, and client services. Mike holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria and a Diploma of Business Administration from Capilano University.
