Oliver Grüter-Andrew has had a diverse range of work experience. Oliver is currently serving as the President and CEO of E-Comm 9-1-1, where they oversee emergency dispatch and first responder technology services. Oliver is also a Board Member at BlueShore Financial, a financial services provider in British Columbia. Additionally, Grüter-Andrew serves as a Director at PRIMECorp, which operates the integrated police record management system for all police forces in British Columbia. Oliver was previously the Chief Information Officer at the Provincial Health Services Authority and the University of British Columbia. Grüter-Andrew has also held positions at the German Canadian Benevolent Society, Indigena Solutions, BCNET, Western Management Consultants, and Accenture, where they served in various roles and worked on IT transformation projects for companies including Best Buy Canada, BC Hydro, and Terasen Gas.

Oliver Grüter-Andrew completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at the Royal Holloway, University of London from 1989 to 1992.
