Rob Darts is an experienced professional in the field of emergency communications and geographic information systems (GIS). Since October 2003, Rob Darts has worked at E-Comm 9-1-1 in various roles, including Senior Manager of Application Services and Senior Service Delivery Manager for Fire Technology & GIS. As a co-owner of TIF92, Rob Darts focuses on Canadian NG9-1-1 mapping and civic addressing standards through the Emergency Services Working Group since February 2018. In addition, Rob Darts serves as Co-Chair of the Civic Location Data Exchange Format Canada Working Group with the National Emergency Number Association since June 2020. Earlier in Rob Darts' career, Rob Darts worked as a Mapping Technician for the District of West Vancouver from May 1999 to September 2003. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Diploma of Technology in GIS from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from The University of British Columbia.
