Tony Gilligan has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in technology services. Tony is currently the Vice President of Technology Services at E-Comm 9-1-1 | Emergency Communications for British Columbia Incorporated. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of Technology Services at the same company. Tony was previously the Chief Technology Officer at Provincial Health Services Authority and held senior director and director roles at PHSA, where they managed infrastructure projects and healthcare worker health surveillance systems. Before joining PHSA, Tony was the Director of Information Technology and Program Management at OHSAH. Tony also has experience as a Managing Director/Partner at Systemlink3 Limited and as a Senior Consultant at Foresight EFG Limited. Tony started their career as an Assistant Accountant at Lombard North Central.
Tony Gilligan attended Buxton College in the United Kingdom from 1986 to 1989, where they studied Business and Finance.
