Tracy Lim has a diverse background in various leadership roles. Starting in 2005 at TELUS, Tracy held various director positions in different areas such as call center operations, credit and collection strategy and operations, and marketing. Tracy then moved on to E-Comm 9-1-1 in 2019, where they took on roles as the Director and later the Executive Director of Emergency Communications Centers. Currently, Tracy is the Executive Director of Operations Transformation & Enablement at E-Comm 9-1-1.

Tracy Lim completed a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree from Simon Fraser University in the period between 1994 and 1999. In 2011, Tracy also obtained a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from the same university.
