Neha Gohil

Neha Gohil has extensive work experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on global sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain management, and project management. Neha has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Global Sourcing & Strategic Extensions at E.L.F. Beauty and Vice President of Manufacturing at Kendo Brands, Inc. In addition, Neha has worked as a Vice President of Supply Chain at Perricone MD and Director of Production & Purchasing at Bare Escentuals. Prior to that, they held roles at Neutrogena, Johnson & Johnson, McMaster-Carr Supply Company, and Procter & Gamble, gaining experience in planning, contract management, supply chain, and process development.

Neha Gohil earned a BS in Chemical Engineering with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley, from 1995 to 2000. Neha then pursued an MBA in Marketing and Management at NYU Stern School of Business from 2004 to 2007.
