Rand Shamas

Rand Shamas is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure and security. Currently serving as the Director of IT Infrastructure & Security at E.L.F. BEAUTY since September 2020, Rand has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Associate Director and Senior Manager. Previously, Rand worked at FormFactor Inc. as Senior Manager in the same field and has a notable history with ForeScout Technologies Inc. and San Mateo Credit Union, where skills in systems administration, virtualization, and technical support were developed. Rand holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity Operations and Leadership from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Southern Connecticut State University, alongside an Associate degree from Gateway Community Technical College.
