Kellie Gilles

Kellie Gilles is a Dedicated Client Consultant at e-PlanSoft™, where she uses her 11 years of experience working with the City of Midwest City, Oklahoma, to help improve permitting review processes in cities and agencies across the country. She began her career with the City of Midwest City as an Associate Current Planner, processing routine building permit applications, ensuring code compliance, and assisting the permit intake clerks. She later implemented a “permit while you wait” system to provide better and more efficient customer service. In 2014, she was promoted to Community Development Planning Manager, overseeing the permit intake clerks, completing routine and large-scale planning review, managing permit application tracking, and issuing approved permits.

Kellie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Broadcasting from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Regional and City Planning from the University of Oklahoma.

At e-PlanSoft™, Kellie plays a leading role as the relationship manager between e-PlanSoft™ and their clients. She conducts semi-annual wellness checks with all clients to see how they can be better served and maintains the highest level of client retention, ensuring that clients are happy with the software. Kellie also assists clients with software adoption, ensuring that they are aware of and comfortable using all functions available to them.

In her free time, Kellie enjoys working in her garden, kayaking, and going on long kayak trips where she can camp along the river. She also spends most of her weekends in the spring and fall at her children's sporting events, where her daughter plays soccer, volleyball, and throws shot put and disc for her track team, and her son plays football (tackle) and flag football. Additionally, Kellie enjoys going on afternoon rides on her husband's Harley.
