Rachel Kynaston

Rachel Kynaston has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Section Leader at the City of Wolverhampton Council since April 2015. Rachel has also taken on roles such as Contact Centre Manager, Duty Manager, and Complaints Assistant within the council. Prior to this, Rachel worked at the Cooperative Bank as a Senior Branch Advisor from September 2007 to April 2015, and started the career as a Customer Services Officer at BM Solutions from Birmingham Midshires from September 2003 to August 2007. Rachel completed education at Smestow Secondary School between July 1998 and May 2002.
