Joe Eazor

Joe Eazor is an experienced executive and board member with a strong background in leadership across various industries. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at Discover Financial Services since January 2016, Eazor also holds multiple positions as an Operating Partner at Align Capital Partners and Chairperson for Counsel Press Inc., Denison Consulting, and E Source. Previous roles include CEO at Rackspace and Clario, as well as EVP & Chief Customer Officer at Oracle. Eazor's board experience includes tenures at CommVault and Clario, contributing to strategic oversight. Eazor holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
