Rick Hitzemann is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology modernization and project management across various industries. Prior to E Source, Rick held significant roles at KRE Consulting and Paragon Solutions Group, focusing on enterprise project portfolio management and ensuring IT investments yield measurable business outcomes. Leadership experience includes serving as President and General Manager at Mountain Boy Sledworks and Account Delivery Director at UST Global, managing substantial client engagements and diverse teams. Rick’s career also includes key positions at Dish Network and Norlight Telecommunications, where responsibilities encompassed IT direction and operations management. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
