E1 Corporation
E1 has been leading Korea into the era of eco-friendly energy by implementing the country’s first large-scale liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) import business. To date, we have grown as Korea’s number one eco-friendly energy company, covering about half of the LPG import demand across the country. By expanding our business portfolio to encompass renewable energy such as photovoltaics and wind power generation, we are becoming a sustainable energy company. E1 facilitates supply of clean and convenient LPG. In turn, we strive to establish pleasant environment, convenient lifestyle, and prosperous society. There are six branch offices located at domestic hubs, and approximately 350 refueling stations in the country. This is translated into a stable network for LPG distribution. We are exporting LPG through active entry into photovoltaics and wind power generation, and hydrogen charging as well. E1 remains faithfully committed to becoming a global leader in the eco-friendly energy industry by bolstering its competitive edge in the domestic LPG market, as well as making greater inroads into overseas markets. By exploring countries with high economic growth rates, E1 plans to develop LPG business in a similar way to the domestic value chain. Ultimately, we anticipate establishing a stable LPG supply system in these countries, as E1 has contributed to Korea's LPG industry in the past as well as promoting its own continued growth. E1 made Vietnam the first region of the Second Home project. Due to an increase in economic development and income levels in Vietnam, LPG usage is rapidly increasing, and LPG-based petrochemical businesses such as PDH (propane dehydrogenation) are actively underway, providing the best conditions to become our second home.
