Ashley Jones

Ashley Jones is a highly experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment within the software and supply chain domains. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at E2open since January 2019, Ashley leads global efforts to attract top talent for a leading software vendor. Previously, as Software Practice Lead at GRG Executive Search, Ashley focused on building a network of high-quality candidates for progressive software vendors. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at JPS Selection Ltd, where Ashley specialized in the computer software industry, and positions at Hilton Worldwide and Compass Group managing event operations and people operations, respectively. Ashley holds a Foundation Degree in Service Sector Management from the University of Worcester.
