Michael Pozar

Michael Pozar is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Currently serving as VP of FP&A at E2open since October 2015, Michael manages FP&A for shared corporate functions and oversees external reporting, debt compliance, and capital expenditures. Prior to this role, Michael held positions as AVP of FP&A, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and pro forma financial statements, and as Senior Director of FP&A, responsible for P&L forecasting and budgeting processes. Michael's previous experience includes roles such as Interim Corporate Controller at Enersciences Holdings, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting and cash management, and various finance positions at Dell, Intel, and Ford Motor Company. Michael holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan and advanced degrees in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Northwestern University.
