Tom Hall currently serves as a Strategy Coordinator at e3 Partners / I Am Second, focusing on training and equipping believers to fulfill the Great Commission. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Operations at Roanoke Baptist Church and as Lead Pastor in an urban Kansas City setting. Tom Hall also contributed as Associate Pastor at Northside Baptist Church, where a long-standing commitment to the congregation was developed. Earlier professional experience includes positions as a Missionary Care Representative at Evangelical Baptist Missions, Inc., Assistant Financial Analyst at Gimbal Financial, and Short Term Missionary with The Navigators. Tom Hall holds a Master of Arts in Missions from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and both a Bachelor's degree and a Master of Science in Finance from Purdue University Daniels School of Business.
