James Galambas

James Galambas is an experienced executive in the energy sector, currently serving as Executive Director at E3 Consulting since June 2002, focusing on due diligence analysis for coal-fired, combined cycle, and geothermal power plants. Previously, Galambas held the position of Chief of Party and Principal at Hagler Bailly Services, Inc., where notable contributions included restructuring the fossil generation sector in Ukraine and establishing the National Electric Regulatory Commission, along with leading a climate change mitigation project in the Philippines. Earlier in their career, Galambas served as Vice President at Stone & Webster Management Consultants, providing management consulting services in both domestic and international generation sectors.
