John Purcell

John Purcell is an experienced executive in project management with a strong background in engineering and construction across various sectors, including power, oil, and gas. Currently serving as Executive Director at E3 Consulting since June 2015, John has previously held senior project management roles at DCP Midstream - AllSource and Harris Group Inc.
