Kristy Boles serves as the Managing Director at E78 Partners since April 2022, following the acquisition of The CFO Suite, LLC, where Kristy was the Director from November 2014 to June 2023. At The CFO Suite, a boutique firm, Kristy focused on providing consultative staffing and search services for senior financial professionals across various industries, including E&P, Midstream, OFS, Manufacturing, and Distribution. Prior to this, Kristy spent 14 years at Kforce as a Senior Market Manager/Talent Executive, consistently ranking in the top 10% of Accounting and Finance Recruiters while specializing in permanent Finance and Accounting opportunities in the Houston market. Kristy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business.
