David Mercadante, PMP, P.E. has over three decades of experience in project management and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. since June 1993, David oversees preliminary assessments and site investigations related to munitions constituents for the Army's Operational Range Assessment Program, along with ordnance-related avoidance and remediation projects. Previously, as a Project Manager at Custer Environmental from 1991 to 1993, David conducted industrial hygiene oversight for various investigations and removals. Earlier in their career, David worked as an Industrial Hygienist at International Technical Environmental Management from August 1990 to May 1991, where responsibilities included contractor oversight and air sample analysis during asbestos abatements. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola University Maryland, a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Data Analytics and Digital Technology at Loyola University Maryland.
