Regina Cagle Irr P.e.

Regina Cagle Irr, P.E. is a seasoned Senior Environmental Engineer and Project Manager at EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC since October 2010, overseeing municipal engineering projects focused on solid waste management, stormwater management, water/wastewater, and infrastructure design. Previous roles include Natural Resource Policy Intern at USDA, where national policy for Farm Service Programs was developed, and Energy & Climate Change Intern at the White House Council on Environmental Quality, contributing to national climate adaptation strategies. As a U.S. Student Fulbright Scholar, Regina engaged in sustainability research in the Galapagos Islands and Amazon Basin, also gaining experience as an Environmental Engineering Intern at Lockheed Martin Knolls Atomic Power Lab. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Applied Economics from The Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Development from the University of Calgary, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Drexel University, among other academic qualifications.
