Siôn Hughes is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and project management within the power industry. Currently serving as Product Development Manager at EA Technology since October 2011, Siôn leads a multi-disciplinary engineering team, facilitating significant growth to meet international deployment demands. Previous roles at EA Technology include LV-CAP Platform Lead & Development Team Leader, Team Leader, Senior Consultant, and Development Engineer, where Siôn successfully managed the development of innovative products and enhancements, particularly in embedded systems. Prior experience includes working as an R&D Software Engineer at Dytecna Ltd and as a Graduate Software Engineer at Ericsson, complemented by a Computer Science degree from Bangor University.
