Susan Wafford is the Vice President of Implementation Services at EAB and has been with the firm for 10+ years. She leads the Delivery Implementation and Support Services team. Susan’s experience includes driving results for education members through a focus on data excellence by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data to platforms. For the past five years, Susan’s focus has been on growing the insights, analytics and integration of processes to provide a valuable and positive member experience across all of the platforms. Susan is passionate about education and technology and thrives on solving the varied challenges of members. Susan provides her time and expertise to all 475+ members.
Prior to joining EAB, Susan spent seven years as the Operations Business Manager for Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic States. In this capacity, Susan managed seven specialty departments including staffing, budget, materials, and customer service.
Susan earned a B.A. with honors in Political Science from James Madison University with minors in Business and Spanish. Additionally, she holds a TESOL teaching certificate.
