Nicola Padula has developed a strong background in mental health and community services, currently serving as a Youth and Family Worker at EACH since October 2021, focusing on individuals aged 16-25 dealing with mental health issues. Prior experience includes working as a Mental Health Clinician at Peninsula Health in 2021 and as a Placement Student at North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network, contributing to a community mental health service for adults aged 16-64. Nicola also held a Customer Service Officer position at Monash Council from March 2016 to July 2020 and completed student placements at Eastern Health in a rehabilitation ward for older adults. Early career experience includes serving as a Soccer Referee for Football Federation Victoria from 2012 to 2014. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Human Services and a Master of Social Work from La Trobe University, complemented by a Victorian Certificate of Education from Glen Waverley Secondary College.
