Early career experience includes logistics management at Rustic Pathways and an internship at RETS Associates, focusing on recruiting across various disciplines. Additionally, Charles has engaged in public outreach for Gulf Restoration Network and worked in fundraising at Tulane University. Charles holds a Master of Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Management, both from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.
