Tracy Caruso

Tracy Caruso is the Director, Corporate Projects at EAG Services and EAG 1Source, and has been a part of EAG since 2020. Tracy drives high-profile internal projects at EAG that ultimately impact the way EAG does business, positioning our company to meet and exceed the needs of our clients. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Tracy has 20+ years of Oil & Gas industry experience, with the majority of that time spent working for EQT Corporation. While at EQT, she gained a wide array of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Executive Compensation, Forecast, Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Innovation and Project Management. Tracy also worked in the audit practice of PwC. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

As Director, Corporate Projects, Tracy manages and delivers all internal projects and initiatives. Additionally, she provides project management oversight to all lines of service within the company and serves as the gatekeeper for EAG’s business intelligence tools and capabilities.
