Jacob Butts

Jacob Butts is an experienced escalation engineer at Eagle Eye Networks, specializing in handling critical support escalations and conducting detailed investigations to address technical issues. Previously, Jacob held senior quality engineer and QA engineer positions, leading hardware and software integration testing and developing a comprehensive understanding of system architecture and QA methodologies. Jacob began a career in IT as an intern at SAM Family of Companies and the Housing Authority of the City of Austin, where extensive hands-on experience was gained.
