Joel Kleis

Joel Kleis serves as the Director of Training at Eagle Eye Networks since August 2023, leading a global learning team and programs focused on True Cloud AI video surveillance. Prior to this role, Joel held the position of Associate Director of Training at AT&T from January 2016 to January 2023, where responsibilities included directing the strategy for the Instructional Design organization. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Training Manager for Sales Marketing Operations at DIRECTV, Training and Operations Analyst II at Cricket Communications, and Manager of Training at Qwest Communications, where Joel also functioned as a Lead Multimedia Instructional Designer. Additional roles included Senior Corporate Trainer and Senior Sales Consultant at Qwest Communications. Joel holds a degree from Hamline University.
